The Bishop's Suite

      Bishop Clifford L. Frazier was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his education at Ohio University, graduating Cum Laude with a BS. Degree in Telecommunications in 1973.  In 1975, he began pursuing a career in the television industry working as on-air talent, producer-director, and in production.  He then worked with the NBC Network in engineering and subsequently with the 3M Company in its Public Relations Department and as an eight state regional salesman in the Video Products Department.

           In March 1975 he married Pamela J. Parks, also a Cleveland native. After they received the call to the ministry, the Fraziers abandoned their professional careers and concentrated on God's work. Pastor Frazier was ordained in August 1980. In 1981, one year after moving to Texas, they started Calvary Temple Church.

The Fraziers are the authors of the 'Revelation Study Guide,' and founders of the 'Battle for the Family' Marriage and Family seminars, which they conduct around the country and overseas. They presented a daily half-hour live radio broadcast ministering to families and marriages and a weekly "Straight From The Heart" telecast.

Bishop Frazier is the president of  TechnoRev Productions, Inc. a video, audio and print media production firm that includes  a state of the art, Digital Post-Production Suite. His friends call Bishop Frazier “The TechnoRev”.  With his expanded graphics, media and 3D-annimation capability TechnoRev Productions provide high quality video production and print services to both the church and secular communities. TechnoRev Productions also builds and installs video production studios and computer systems designed for Pastors and ministers. The Fraziers utilize their video and tape materials to help the ministry reach people with the message that the love of Jesus extends beyond the hope of glory and provides restoration to homes and marriages right now.

The Fraziers have dedicated themselves and the ministry to helping families. They provide both teaching and individual counseling sessions, and they have seen the mighty hand of God repair broken homes and lives. In fact, many couples that were divorced were reunited and saved through this ministry.

Bishop Frazier is now the Pastor of The City of Life Christian Church in St. Louis, MO. a church of 1100 + members and is the Bishop of The City of Life Christian Ministries an organization dedicated to providing purpose driven ministry assistance to its covenant churches.  The City of Life Christian Church provides a wide range of ministry services motivated by Bishop Frazier’s vision for helping people prepare for the future and live in the present.  These ministries include Pre-Marital/Marriage Counseling services staffed by professional counselors and ministers; Money Management Ministry providing practical teaching and training on money matters for the family and investment strategies; Life Academy an emerging education arm of The City of Life Christian Church providing courses for Biblical training and life skills training; The School of Ministry, a comprehensive three year scholastic Theology training school, Remedial and Enrichment Tutorial and Computer Lab services for young people; Solo Flight a positive approach for living the single life and for single parents and the TCOLCC Day-Care and Kindergarten an award winning childcare facility that regularly places students one to two grades ahead of their peers..

Bishop Frazier maintains extensive domestic speaking schedule and has traveled to thirty-four foreign countries.  A highly sought after conference speaker, Bishop Frazier has been called upon to speak at the TD Jakes Back to the Bible conference, the Manpower Conference, Praise Power Conference, Pentecost In Perspective Conference, the New Life Ministries Conference in Harare Zimbabwe and numerous other engagements.  Bishop Frazier has worked as a writer for the T.D. Jakes Ministries and other authors and has been a contribution author for national publications like Life in the Spirit magazine and both of the Frazier are regular columnists for The Gospel Today magazine's Relationship Realities column.  .

In June 1992, Bishop Frazier earned his ThM, Master of Theology degree from Tyndale Theological Seminary and is presently working toward his St.Th.D., Doctor of Systematic Theology degree.  Bishop Clifford L.
